INGREDIENTS

- 1 lb all-purpose flour
- frying oil to taste
- ¾ oz fresh yeast
- 1 cup milk
- salt to taste
PREPARATION
10 minutes preparation + 3 minutes cooking
Mix all the ingredients with warm milk and allow the dough to rise for about one hour at room temperature, covered.
Roll out the dough until roughly 0.2 inch thick.
Cut into diamonds and deep-fry in lard (or in oil).
Serve hot to accompany cured meats, Prosciutto di Parma DOP, salami and cheese.
